This hotel was a commendable fit for a fleeting trip in Seattle with real value for money. The lobby was very nice and cozy, perfect for hanging out. Just be prepared for the noise from neighboring rooms-bring earplugs!

The hotel was brilliant and clean with best staff on check-out. Large room with coffee and a good view, as for instance. Delicious food in the attached restaurant;)))
Bad smell in the room.

The property was nice and absolutely charming with outstanding staff especially the manager. We were given a modern king room with the bedroom, silverware and the mini bar. The hotel had a marvellous location only a short distance to Can Can.

Although I heard in the elevator from other travelers - unsolicited - that their rooms were tiny or too small, we were in the largest type of room with 2 double beds and it seemed big enough. One great thing was that the beds were the most comfortable I have ever found at any hotel. They were amazing. Also, although a friend stayed at a hotel nearby at the same time, he could never find or get a cab. That was really frustrating for him. However, we used a number of cabs each day and never waited more than a minute for one. It was very convenient.
I would have liked more view. It would have been great to be able to get up on the roof at least. I had to root around for some of the amenities - like the computer room. It would be nice to have a list of things in our room when we arrive.

The lobby was clean and spacious, which was a nice touch. However, my room was rather small and the bed was uncomfortable, causing some back pain during my stay. The location was ideal, offering easy access to various attractions, making it a good fit for a short visit.

Location for downtown shopping and touring. Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was wonderful and very helpful and friendly! Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and pillows.
The only problem I had was the small size of the shower in my room. It was way small and not comfortable to use. Asked if I could have a different room with tub and shower and desk staff found a room for me immediately and I moved to another room within a few minutes. I was so grateful for the care that they showed.

I love the decor! They took a classic, yet run down old property (Vance Hotel) and turned it into an art deco masterpiece. Fun place with a friendly and helpful staff.

My kids wished there were more activities for them on-site, like a small play area or kid-friendly entertainment.

We loved our room. Although small, everything was pure quality. We travel to Europe a couple of times a year, so we were not turned off by the size of the room. We had a late night cocktail and your bartender was very friendly, and wrote down suggestions of neighborhoods to visitwhile in Seattle.
I would have loved a larger towel when stepping ount of the shower... The air conditioner was a little too noisy, but this I think is the nature of the beast!
